Which SMS provider does this support?
Right now the plugin works with Notify.lk. More gateways (MarxPay, Dialog, etc.) can be added on request.
Will parents see everything automatically?
You decide. Parents get SMS alerts instantly, and you can also enable the secure Parent Portal page on your website.
Is there training for my staff?
Yes. We provide a quick-start guide plus short video walkthroughs so front-desk staff can use the system within minutes.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Attendance is stored on your server. If SMS can’t be sent immediately, they will go out once the connection is back.
